Julieta Ryder is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist and oculoplastic surgeon at Lakeland Eye Clinic, serving patients in Lakeland, FL.
Dr. Ryder earned her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and completed her ophthalmology residency at University Hospitals Eye Institute and the Louis Stokes Wade Park VA Medical Center. During this time, she had the privilege to provide state-of-the-art ophthalmic surgery and compassionate care to hundreds of our nation’s veterans. She then completed an 18-month Oculoplastic and Laser Facial Aesthetic Surgery fellowship in Chardon, Ohio where she subsequently served the northeast Ohio community in numerous leadership positions and teaching roles.
Dr. Ryder was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and currently resides in Hillsborough County with her husband and two school-age children. In their free time, they enjoy traveling, fishing, and spending time outdoors. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
